You're kidding me right? I immediately emailed for a return and refund after seeing how much of a piece of trash this pipe was. Emailed over and over never heard back, customer service a joke and an uncleanable device, overpriced, and horrendously run company that can send me promotions and then wang my review without ever contacting me regarding my return. Do not use this company
