Believe it or not, this is a job we do mostly for fun, and we go on vacation a lot (duh) so if you don't hear back in a reasonable amount of time, try again. We love you, we just probably forgot or were busy.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY PIECE?
Please clean your piece before it's first use. We do our best to mitigate manufacturing shmeg, but it's a good idea to run it through the dishwasher or something before you fire it up.
Titanium is one of nature's most durable and non-corrosive materials. TO clean out accumulated residue, some people prefer to just boil it in water or put it in the fire to melt out any debris. For a deeper clean we recommend soaking in rubbing alcohol, some folks add rock salt as a safe abrasive. A sharp poky thing like a paper clip comes in handy.
MY PIECE HAS SOME SCRATCHES, ANYTHING HELP W THAT?
ScotchBrite does wonders for polishing out scratches, and Lemon Pledge applied with a cloth will restore the original sheen.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aren't Amazon and don't aspire to be. We ship as soon as we can. If you want your product next day, you should probably chill, or pick it up a local stockist.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order has been picked and packed, your shipping label will be generated which will automatically email you your order tracking details and information. Please note that once your order is delivered to the postal carrier, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. We have no knowledge of the whereabouts of your package once it goes out so use your tracking number and contact the postal carrier, not us.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties are different from country to country. It is a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any charges.

I live in Bozeman, can I pick my order up in person?
Sorry, our system is streamlined to ship everything out. Bozeman residents get free shipping and we ask that you just let us ship your products to you. We do not offer local pickup.
