Our HARDWARE is made from the best metal on earth: titanium. Titanium is lightweight, non-corroding, and super strong. There's a reason that it is the only metal used to put your broken bones back together. 

 

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Hardware pieces come with limited lifetime warranty to be free of manufacturing defects. If you suspect your piece is faulty, please reach out with pictures of the issue to us at info@danglesupply.com.

Software pieces come with a 60-day warranty to be free of manufacturing defects. If you suspect your piece is faulty within this period, please reach out with pictures of the issue to us at info@danglesupply.com. Due to the nature of abuse our softgoods can undergo, we cannot replace items after 60-days.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PIECE?
Please clean your piece before it's first use. We do our best to mitigate manufacturing shmeg, but it's a good idea to run it through the dishwasher or something before you fire it up.

Titanium is one of nature's most durable and non-corrosive materials. To clean out accumulated residue, some people prefer to just boil it in water or put it in the fire to melt out any debris. For a deeper clean we recommend soaking in rubbing alcohol, some folks add rock salt as a safe abrasive. A sharp poky thing like a paper clip comes in handy.

Hydrogen Peroxide can remove the finish from anodized Titanium so we don't recommend cleaning with it. 

 

MY PIECE HAS SOME SCRATCHES FROM USE, ANYTHING HELP WITH THAT?

If you have a colored piece, there's not much you can do without ruining the finish, but ScotchBrite does wonders for polishing out scratches on the raw Titanium, and Lemon Pledge applied with a cloth will restore the original sheen.

 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aren't Amazon and don't aspire to be. We generally ship on Mondays and Thursdays. If you want your product next day, you should probably chill, or pick it up a local stockist.

 

WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order has been picked and packed, your shipping label will be generated which will automatically email you your order tracking details and information.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON IN BOZEMAN?
At this time we are unable to accept pick-ups or drop-offs.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Domestic shipments often take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.

 

SHIPPING PROTECTION


We now offer the option to add shipping protection to orders. As much as we wish we could oversee everything that happens to your order, some things are out of our control. We highly recommend adding shipping protection to orders in the event your package is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. Should you forgo protection, any issues relating to delivery of your order will be handled using our discretion. 

  

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once returned items are received, we can either issue store credit for you within 5 business days or refund your payment within about 15 days.
