HOW DO I CLEAN MY PIECE?
Please clean your piece before it's first use. We do our best to mitigate manufacturing shmeg, but it's a good idea to run it through the dishwasher or something before you fire it up.
Titanium is one of nature's most durable and non-corrosive materials. TO clean out accumulated residue, some people prefer to just boil it in water or put it in the fire to melt out any debris. For a deeper clean we recommend soaking in rubbing alcohol, some folks add rock salt as a safe abrasive. A sharp poky thing like a paper clip comes in handy.
MY PIECE HAS SOME SCRATCHES FROM USE, ANYTHING HELP W THAT?
ScotchBrite does wonders for polishing out scratches, and Lemon Pledge applied with a cloth will restore the original sheen.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aren't Amazon and don't aspire to be. We generally ship on Monday's and Thursday's. If you want your product next day, you should probably chill, or pick it up a local stockist.
WHEN WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
As soon as your order has been picked and packed, your shipping label will be generated which will automatically email you your order tracking details and information.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON IN BOZEMAN?
At this time we are unable to accept pick-ups or drop-offs.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Domestic shipments often take 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.
We now offer the option to add shipping protection to orders. As much as we wish we could oversee everything that happens to your order, some things are out of our control. We highly recommend adding shipping protection to orders in the event your package is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. Should you forgo protection, any issues relating to delivery of your order will be handled using our discretion.
If your package is not delivered please contact us within a month of the original estimated delivery date. You must contact us within one month of your order date to qualify for a replacement order or refund.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Returns (of unused items only) must be placed within 14 days of delivery. To make a return please send an email to email@example.com with the following information.
1. Your name and address (or order number.)
2. Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If one item is defective please include the description and photos of the defect.
3. Please allow our Customer Service team a few days from the time you email us to get back to you with return label and/or refund for your purchase.
If the product has been purchased from a retailer, please get in touch with the retailer directly for support.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders within 14 days of delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once returned items are received, we can either issue store credit for you within 2-3 business days or refund your payment within about 15 days.
